- Pinch of salt
- 4 oz plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup roasted sweet cherries (from the baking process)
- 1/4 cup granola
- Honey (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Set it to 400°F and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the cherries: Pit the cherries and slice each one in half.
- Mix the ingredients: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the cherries, lime juice, vanilla extract, cane sugar, pinch of salt, and coconut oil.
- Spread and bake: Pour the mixture onto your baking sheet and bake for about 18 minutes.
- Cool and assemble: Allow cherries to cool for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a bowl.
- Layer it up: Serve the warm roasted cherries over Greek yogurt, sprinkle with granola, and drizzle with honey.
- Store leftovers: Transfer remaining cherries to a sealed glass container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
