Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups carrots, sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the broccoli florets and sliced carrots with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
