Quick and delightful bite-sized sandwiches made with Ritz crackers, cream cheese, deli meats, and cheese.
Ingredients
- Ritz crackers
- Cream cheese (softened)
- Deli meats (turkey, ham, or chicken)
- Sliced cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
- Pickles (sliced)
- Mustard or mayonnaise
Instructions
- Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on one Ritz cracker.
- Add a layer of your selected deli meats and place a slice of cheese on top.
- If you like a bit of tanginess, add a slice of pickle now.
- On another Ritz cracker, spread mustard or mayonnaise, then place it on top to form a sandwich.
- Continue this process until you’ve used all your ingredients.
- Serve your sandwiches on a platter and watch them disappear!
Notes
For a lighter version, use less cream cheese or swap in hummus. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
