Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chip cookies (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Mix together the red velvet cake mix, flour, cocoa powder, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan.
