Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Mix together the red velvet cake mix, flour, cocoa powder, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Spread an even layer of chocolate chip cookie dough on top of the brownie batter, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cookie layer, smoothing it into an even layer.
- If desired, sprinkle the top with chocolate chips for added sweetness and texture.
