Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Cut the rolled pastry into strips, approximately 1 inch wide.
- Spread a thin line of raspberry jam along one edge of each strip.
- Twist each strip several times to create a spiral shape and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving warm.
