Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Flour for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  3. Cut the rolled pastry into strips, approximately 1 inch wide.
  4. Spread a thin line of raspberry jam along one edge of each strip.
  5. Twist each strip several times to create a spiral shape and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving warm.

Notes

Allow puff pastry to thaw in the fridge overnight for the best texture.
