Description

A refreshing and nutritious smoothie bowl made with frozen bananas, oranges, and raspberries, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 frozen bananas, peeled before freezing
  • 1 frozen orange, peeled and segmented before freezing
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/2 to 1 cup plant-based milk (like almond or oat milk)
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Toppings: Fresh fruit, granola, coconut flakes, nuts, seeds, or nut butter

Instructions

  1. Combine: Add the frozen bananas, frozen orange segments, frozen raspberries, orange zest, and half a cup of plant-based milk into a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend: Blend until everything is smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Serve: Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your favorite toppings. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

This smoothie bowl is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours or frozen for longer periods.
