Description
A rich and refreshing twist on classic tiramisu, combining decadent mascarpone cheese with fresh raspberries and raspberry amaretto liqueur.

- 1 cup raspberry amaretto liqueur
- 1 package ladyfingers
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Mix the raspberry amaretto liqueur with a little water in a shallow dish.
- Dip each ladyfinger into this mixture and layer them at the bottom of your serving dish.
- Beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the mascarpone cheese until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Spread half of this mascarpone mixture over the layer of ladyfingers.
- Scatter half of the fresh raspberries on top of the mascarpone layer.
- Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and raspberries.
- Chill your assembled tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes or overnight before serving.
Notes
Garnish with extra raspberries or cocoa powder. Pairs well with sparkling wine or coffee.
