A quick and comforting bowl of ramen noodles cooked on a Blackstone grill, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients

- Ramen noodles
- Soy sauce
- Garlic
- Green onions
- Vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- Choice of protein (chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu)
- Vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, etc.)
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Once finished, drain and set aside.
- Preheat your Blackstone grill and pour in vegetable oil to create a slick cooking surface.
- Add minced garlic and your choice of protein to the grill. Sauté until the protein is fully cooked through.
- Toss in your vegetables and cook until they are vibrant and tender.
- Push the sautéed mixture to one side of the grill. On the other side, crack the eggs and scramble them until set.
- Add the drained ramen noodles, soy sauce, and sliced green onions to the grill. Mix everything together thoroughly.
- Continue to stir and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld before serving hot.
Notes
Garnish with extra green onions, sesame seeds, or sriracha for added flavor. Store leftovers in airtight containers for up to 3 days.
