Ingredients

  • 1 cup queso cheese, melted
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup black beans, drained
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Mix together the shredded chicken, melted queso cheese, black beans, chopped onion, cumin, salt, and pepper until well combined.
