Description

A creamy, nutritious breakfast infused with the flavors of pumpkin pie, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any preferred milk)
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Protein powder (your choice!)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • Optional toppings: nuts, fruits, or whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, almond milk, pumpkin puree, and chia seeds in a bowl.
  2. Add your preferred protein powder, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice.
  3. Stir everything together until well combined.
  4. Divide the mixture into jars or containers with lids.
  5. Refrigerate overnight for at least 6 hours (or up to 5 days).
  6. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add your favorite toppings.

Notes

Use rolled oats for the best texture. Quick oats may become mushy. Feel free to adjust the sweetness with maple syrup.
