- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup milk

- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Combine the pumpkin puree, milk, egg, and melted butter in a different bowl, mixing until well blended.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined; don’t worry about a few lumps! Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat your griddle or frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Watch for bubbles to form on the surface before flipping to cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Serve your pancakes warm with syrup or your choice of toppings!
