Description

A crispy and fun twist on chicken dinner featuring a crunchy pretzel crust and a tangy mustard-mayo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the mustard, mayonnaise, and olive oil in a mixing bowl to make a flavorful sauce.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat each breast in the mustard mixture until fully covered.
  4. Dredge the coated chicken in the pretzel crumbs, making sure each piece is evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the breaded chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking to melt.
  8. Allow the chicken to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
