- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups pretzel crumbs
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the mustard, mayonnaise, and olive oil in a mixing bowl to make a flavorful sauce.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then coat each breast in the mustard mixture until fully covered.
- Dredge the coated chicken in the pretzel crumbs, making sure each piece is evenly coated.
- Arrange the breaded chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking to melt.
- Allow the chicken to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
