- 1 package sugar cookie mix

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking sheet with cooking spray or butter.
- Combine the room temperature butter and sugar cookie mix until well incorporated.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the pistachio pudding mix until the color is uniform.
- Spread the dough evenly onto your prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
