- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and diced
- 4 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple and sliced kiwis.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well blended.
- Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat every piece.
- Sprinkle the toasted coconut flakes on top for added crunch.
- If desired, garnish with mint leaves to add a pop of color and flavor.
- Serve immediately, or chill the salad in the refrigerator until you’re ready to enjoy.
