Description

A refreshing and vibrant dish combining sweet pineapple and tangy kiwis, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and diced
  • 4 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple and sliced kiwis.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well blended.
  3. Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat every piece.
  4. Sprinkle the toasted coconut flakes on top for added crunch.
  5. If desired, garnish with mint leaves to add a pop of color and flavor.
  6. Serve immediately, or chill the salad in the refrigerator until you’re ready to enjoy.
