Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mix bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cheddar. Unroll the biscuits, flatten each one, and place a generous spoonful of cheese in the center. Carefully fold the biscuit over the cheese, sealing well.
