Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Toss the mushrooms with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, ensuring all sides are coated.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add garlic, onion, and green bell pepper. Sauté until tender.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce until well blended with the veggies.
- Place the mushrooms on the grill or in the skillet, gill side down. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip the mushrooms and spoon the garlic mixture into the caps.
- Continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
