Instructions
- Whisk together the honey and Dijon mustard until well combined.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, adding a little oil if necessary. Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Brush the honey mustard mixture generously over the chicken in the last few minutes of cooking to create a flavorful glaze.
