- 1 pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or parsley
Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano in a bowl until well combined.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp into the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, keeping a little space between each piece.
- Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and are cooked through.
