  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your Bundt pan thoroughly.
  2. Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbly, then add the pecans and pour this mixture into the Bundt pan.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Beat the granulated sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy, then stir in the vanilla.
  5. Add the flour mixture and buttermilk to the egg mixture, alternating between the two.
  6. Pour the batter over the pecan mixture in the Bundt pan.
