- 1 cup brown sugar, divided

- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs

- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar in a bowl. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Add the remaining brown sugar, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla, mixing until everything is well combined.
- Fold in the toasted pecans gently for that delicious crunch.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is just set.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over the cooled cheesecake and garnish with additional toasted pecans if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (or overnight) before serving for the best flavor and texture.
