  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a brownie pan.
  2. Mix the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until fully combined.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Fold in the flour and salt until just combined—don’t overmix.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Whisk together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
  7. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the brownie base evenly.
  8. Pour the rest of the brownie batter on top, smoothing it out.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  10. Allow the brownies to cool before cutting them into squares and serving.
