Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a brownie pan.
- Mix the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until fully combined.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
- Fold in the flour and salt until just combined—don’t overmix.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Whisk together the peanut butter and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the brownie base evenly.
- Pour the rest of the brownie batter on top, smoothing it out.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
