Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, and baking soda in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Scoop out balls of dough using a tablespoon and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, allowing space to spread.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are slightly golden and centers remain soft.
- Press a Reese’s cup into the center of each cookie immediately after removing from the oven.
- Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookies and top with candy eyes.
