  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1¼ cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 (3.9 ounce) packages of instant chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 8 ounces whipped topping (for topping)
  • ½ cup pretzels, crushed (for garnish)
  • ½ cup chocolate sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Prepare a 13×9 baking dish by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Make the pretzel crust by melting the butter and mixing it with the crushed pretzels. Press into the dish and bake for 5 minutes.
  3. Prepare the peanut butter filling by mixing powdered sugar, cream cheese, peanut butter, and vanilla. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
  4. Chill the peanut butter layer in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  5. Add the chocolate pudding layer by whisking pudding mix and milk together, then pour over the peanut butter layer.
  6. Top with remaining whipped topping and chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  7. Final touches include sprinkling crushed pretzels and drizzling with chocolate sauce before serving.
