Description

Creamy and crunchy peanut butter frozen yogurt bars that are refreshing and indulgent, perfect for family gatherings or a quick snack.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup granola
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing it to overhang for easy removal.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
  4. Sprinkle granola and optional mini chocolate chips over the top and press down gently.
  5. Freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
  6. Remove from the dish using the parchment edges, cut into bars, and enjoy!
