Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can sliced peaches (in juice)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Ground cinnamon (optional, for serving)

  2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Gradually add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined and smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading evenly.
  5. Open the can of sliced peaches (juice included) and carefully layer them on top of the batter.
  6. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the peaches if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cobbler to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy it warm!

Notes

Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
