- 1/4 cup bourbon

Instructions
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until everything is fully combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and set aside.
- Place the meatballs into your slow cooker.
- Whisk together the peach preserves, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and red pepper flakes. Pour this sauce over the meatballs.
- Cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is bubbly.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or main dish to your delighted guests.
Notes
