Description

Crispy and flavorful chicken wings coated in garlic and Parmesan, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until every wing is well-coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even crispiness.
  5. Once they are crispy and golden, remove the wings from the oven and sprinkle them generously with grated Parmesan cheese.
  6. Pop them back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese to gooey perfection.
  7. Before serving, garnish with freshly chopped parsley to add a vibrant touch.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding cayenne pepper or fresh herbs to the wings.
