Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping and crushed pineapple until fully combined.
  3. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well-coated.
  4. Press half of this graham cracker mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×9 inch dish to form your crust.
  5. Spread the pineapple mixture over the crust, making sure it’s evenly distributed.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker crumbs on top to finish.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until the dessert is fully set.
