Description

A quick and indulgent no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy vanilla pudding, ripe bananas, and chocolate cookies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package chocolate cookies (like Oreo), crushed
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream until well incorporated.
  3. Layer half of the crushed chocolate cookies on the bottom of a baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the cookies evenly.
  5. Layer half of the sliced bananas on top of the pudding.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining crushed cookies, followed by the rest of the pudding mixture, and top off with the last of the banana slices.
  7. Drizzle chocolate syrup generously over the top.
  8. Cover the dish and refrigerate for a minimum of 120 minutes before serving. Enjoy it chilled!

Notes

Use ripe bananas for the best sweetness. Allowing the bars to chill properly is key to achieving a delightful texture.
