- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 package chocolate cookies (like Oreo), crushed
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped cream until well incorporated.
- Layer half of the crushed chocolate cookies on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture over the cookies evenly.
- Layer half of the sliced bananas on top of the pudding.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining crushed cookies, followed by the rest of the pudding mixture, and top off with the last of the banana slices.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup generously over the top.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for a minimum of 120 minutes before serving. Enjoy it chilled!
Notes
Use ripe bananas for the best sweetness. Allowing the bars to chill properly is key to achieving a delightful texture.
