Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant—about 30 seconds.
- Toss in sliced mushrooms, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until tender and golden, around 5-7 minutes.
- Spread a generous layer of ricotta cheese on the flatbread, then add a sprinkle of mozzarella.
- Evenly distribute the sautéed mushrooms over the cheesy base, then finish with a sprinkle of grated parmesan.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
