Mini S’mores Pies are delightful, bite-sized treats that combine gooey marshmallows, rich chocolate, and crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.

- 1 package of your favorite brownie mix
- 8 mini graham cracker crusts
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions or your favorite homemade recipe.
- Arrange the mini graham cracker crusts on a large cookie sheet.
- Carefully fill each crust with brownie batter, leaving a little room at the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middle is still slightly soft.
- Remove the pies from the oven and immediately top each with an equal portion of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Return to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the marshmallows begin to puff and turn a lovely golden brown.
- Allow the pies to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or fresh fruit. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top for added decadence.
