Description

Mini S’mores Pies are delightful, bite-sized treats that combine gooey marshmallows, rich chocolate, and crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of your favorite brownie mix
  • 8 mini graham cracker crusts
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to the package directions or your favorite homemade recipe.
  3. Arrange the mini graham cracker crusts on a large cookie sheet.
  4. Carefully fill each crust with brownie batter, leaving a little room at the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are set but the middle is still slightly soft.
  6. Remove the pies from the oven and immediately top each with an equal portion of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the marshmallows begin to puff and turn a lovely golden brown.
  8. Allow the pies to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or fresh fruit. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top for added decadence.
