- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Cinnamon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into small circles.
- Mix together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Place a dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each pastry circle, then top with sliced peaches.
- Fold the edges of the pastry slightly up to create a border and brush with egg wash.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Pair with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an extra treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
