Description

Delicious bite-sized mini chocolate chip muffins, perfect for breakfast or as a sweet snack.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the muffins to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
