Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sweet corn (frozen, canned, or fresh)

  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Combine these chopped ingredients with black beans, sweet corn, and fresh cilantro in a large bowl.
