Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, red onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, pepper, and the egg in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix everything together until well combined, using your hands for ease.
- Shape the mixture into small patties, about the size of your palm.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with tzatziki sauce or a fresh side salad.
Notes
Consider adding feta cheese for an extra flavor boost. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
