Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Peel and cubing the sweet potatoes into even pieces.
  2. Place them in a pot of salted water, bringing it to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. Once cooked, drain the sweet potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add the butter, milk, salt, and pepper directly into the pot.
  5. Mash the mixture until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  6. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed, then serve warm.
