Instructions
- Peel and cubing the sweet potatoes into even pieces.
- Place them in a pot of salted water, bringing it to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Once cooked, drain the sweet potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add the butter, milk, salt, and pepper directly into the pot.
- Mash the mixture until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
