Description

A rich, creamy crab dip baked to perfection, perfect for any gathering or as a comforting snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Old Bay seasoning until well incorporated.
  4. Fold in the lump crab meat gently, being careful not to break it apart too much.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve warm alongside your favorite crackers or toasted bread.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for some of the mayonnaise. This dip pairs wonderfully with crackers, baguette slices, or vegetable sticks.
