Ingredients
Scale
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and Old Bay seasoning until well incorporated.
- Fold in the lump crab meat gently, being careful not to break it apart too much.
- Transfer the mixture into a lightly greased baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before garnishing with chopped green onions.
- Serve warm alongside your favorite crackers or toasted bread.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for some of the mayonnaise. This dip pairs wonderfully with crackers, baguette slices, or vegetable sticks.
