Delicious mango oatmeal crumble bars combining creamy mango sweetness with a buttery oat crumble, perfect for any gathering.

- 4 cups Fresh Mangoes, diced
- 2 cups Old-fashioned Oats
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Prepare the mango filling by combining diced mango, lemon juice, and sugar in a saucepan. Simmer for about 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Make the crumble by mixing oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl. Melt the butter and stir it into the dry mixture until crumbly.
- Assemble by spreading half the crumble mixture in the baking dish, pouring the cooled mango filling over it, then sprinkling the remaining crumble on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and crisp.
- Cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars.
Notes
To keep leftovers fresh, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze wrapped in plastic wrap.
