- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 egg yolks

- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add your chopped lobster and sautรฉ for a few minutes to heat through.
- Carefully stir in the brandy and let it flambรฉ for an extra hit of flavorโjust be sure to stand back!
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, milk, and egg yolks until well combined.
- Gradually pour the cream mixture into the skillet while stirring constantly. Cook until the mixture thickens.
- Season with salt, pepper, and paprika, adjusting to your taste.
- Serve hot, adorned with fresh parsley for pop of color.
