Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the ground meat with the egg, salt, and pepper, then form into small meatballs.
- Brown the meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until nicely seared.
- Layer the mashed potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Assemble the casserole with the browned meatballs topped with marinara sauce.
