Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the rolled oats, milk, honey or maple syrup, mashed bananas, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Fold in the fresh raspberries, lemon zest, and lemon juice, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is set and lightly golden.
