- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix together the rolled oats, milk, honey or maple syrup, mashed bananas, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the fresh raspberries, lemon zest, and lemon juice, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is set and lightly golden.
- Allow it to cool for a few minutes before digging in!
