Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into squares.
