- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by washing the zucchinis. Slice them thinly to ensure they cook evenly.
- In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Once the oil is shimmering, add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
- Toss the sliced zucchinis into the pan. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes, allowing them to become tender but still slightly crisp.
- Pour in the soy sauce, drizzle the sesame oil, and season with salt and pepper. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the dish with sesame seeds for a lovely crunch.
- Serve warm as a delicious side dish.
