Description

A quick and flavorful dish combining tender chicken thighs with fresh ramen in a spicy gochujang sauce.

Ingredients

  • Fresh ramen noodles
  • Chicken thighs
  • Gochujang
  • Soy sauce
  • Brown sugar
  • Sesame oil
  • Scallions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until just tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Mix the sauce in a small bowl, whisking gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Thin with water if needed.
  3. Cook the chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Combine the gochujang sauce with the cooked chicken, stirring to coat and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce and chicken for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately topped with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu, or for a seafood twist, use shrimp.
