A quick and flavorful dish combining tender chicken thighs with fresh ramen in a spicy gochujang sauce.
Ingredients
- Fresh ramen noodles
- Chicken thighs
- Gochujang
- Soy sauce
- Brown sugar
- Sesame oil
- Scallions
- Sesame seeds
- Garlic
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until just tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Mix the sauce in a small bowl, whisking gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Thin with water if needed.
- Cook the chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Combine the gochujang sauce with the cooked chicken, stirring to coat and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce and chicken for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve immediately topped with chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
Notes
For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu, or for a seafood twist, use shrimp.
