Scale
  • Tortilla chips
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup kimchi
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (or cheese of your choice)

  2. Cook the ground beef over medium heat until brown (5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in the kimchi and let cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Spread tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
  5. Top chips with the beef and kimchi mixture.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.

Notes

Use fresh kimchi for the best flavor. For extra crunch, bake the nachos again after adding toppings.
