- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
- Noodles or rice for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced green onions, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix everything until it’s well combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs, making them about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes or until they’re cooked through and lightly browned.
- Heat the Korean BBQ sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat while the meatballs are baking.
- Toss the cooked meatballs in the warm BBQ sauce until they’re thoroughly coated.
- Serve your Korean BBQ meatballs over cooked noodles or rice, and enjoy!

For a leaner option, you can use ground turkey or chicken. Adjust garlic and toppings to your taste preferences.
