Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • Noodles or rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced green onions, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix everything until it’s well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs, making them about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 15-20 minutes or until they’re cooked through and lightly browned.
  5. Heat the Korean BBQ sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat while the meatballs are baking.
  6. Toss the cooked meatballs in the warm BBQ sauce until they’re thoroughly coated.
  7. Serve your Korean BBQ meatballs over cooked noodles or rice, and enjoy!
