  • Kimchi
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Garlic (1-2 cloves, minced)
  • Onion (1 medium, chopped)
  • Vegetable oil (for sautéing)
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat about a tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant (around 2-3 minutes).
  4. Stir in the kimchi and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes to develop its flavor.
  5. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, mixing well to combine.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the noodles, then cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt.
  7. Once the cheese is gooey and melted, stir everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
