Ingredients

Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat about a tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant (around 2-3 minutes).
- Stir in the kimchi and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes to develop its flavor.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, mixing well to combine.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the noodles, then cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt.
- Once the cheese is gooey and melted, stir everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
