- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2–4 tablespoons powdered keto sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- Optional: sugar-free chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, or unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Set up your molds: Start with a silicone mini-muffin tray or candy molds.
- Warm the base: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine peanut butter, coconut oil, and unsalted butter.
- Flavor it up: Whisk in cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
- Taste and adjust: If needed, add more sweetener or coconut oil.
- Add extras: Fold in chocolate chips or chopped peanuts for additional texture.
- Fill the molds: Pour the mixture into molds, leaving a small gap at the top.
- Chill to set: Place in the fridge for 45-60 minutes or freeze for 20-30 minutes.
- Finish and store: Remove from molds and sprinkle with flaky sea salt, store in an airtight container.
