Instructions
- Whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar until well combined.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring they are thoroughly coated with the marinade. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill or skillet. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
