Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, ensuring they are thoroughly coated with the marinade. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill or skillet. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove from heat and let rest for a minute. Garnish with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Enjoy!
