- Scallions (thinly sliced on the bias for garnish)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine the peeled shrimp with canola oil and garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers, ensuring they’re evenly spaced.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in another bowl until smooth.
- Grill the shrimp skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and drizzle generously with your prepared sauce.
- Garnish with sliced scallions before serving.
