  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine the peeled shrimp with canola oil and garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, ensuring they’re evenly spaced.
  4. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in another bowl until smooth.
  5. Grill the shrimp skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque.
